Ayah - 11, Meccan
ٱلْقَارِعَةُ 1
Saheeh International
OH, the sudden calamity!
করাঘাতকারী,
مَا ٱلْقَارِعَةُ 2
Saheeh International
How awesome the sudden calamity!
করাঘাতকারী কি?
وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا ٱلْقَارِعَةُ 3
Saheeh International
And what could make thee conceive what that sudden calamity will be?
করাঘাতকারী সম্পর্কে আপনি কি জানেন ?
يَوْمَ يَكُونُ ٱلنَّاسُ كَٱلْفَرَاشِ ٱلْمَبْثُوثِ 4
Saheeh International
[It will occur] on the Day when men will be like moths swarming in confusion,
যেদিন মানুষ হবে বিক্ষিপ্ত পতংগের মত
وَتَكُونُ ٱلْجِبَالُ كَٱلْعِهْنِ ٱلْمَنفُوشِ 5
Saheeh International
and the mountains will be like fluffy tufts of wool....
এবং পর্বতমালা হবে ধুনিত রঙ্গীন পশমের মত।
فَأَمَّا مَن ثَقُلَتْ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ 6
Saheeh International
And then, he whose weight [of good deeds] is heavy in the balance
অতএব যার পাল্লা ভারী হবে,
فَهُوَ فِى عِيشَةٍۢ رَّاضِيَةٍۢ 7
Saheeh International
shall find himself in a happy' state of life;
সে সুখীজীবন যাপন করবে।
وَأَمَّا مَنْ خَفَّتْ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ 8
Saheeh International
whereas he whose weight is light in the balance
আর যার পাল্লা হালকা হবে,
فَأُمُّهُۥ هَاوِيَةٌۭ 9
Saheeh International
shall be engulfed by an abyss.
তার ঠিকানা হবে হাবিয়া।
وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا هِيَهْ 10
Saheeh International
And what could make thee conceive what that [abyss] will be?
আপনি জানেন তা কি?
نَارٌ حَامِيَةٌۢ 11
Saheeh International
A fire hotly burning!
প্রজ্জ্বলিত অগ্নি!
