Al-Munaafiqoon
Ayah - 11, Medinan
إِذَا جَآءَكَ ٱلْمُنَٰفِقُونَ قَالُوا۟ نَشْهَدُ إِنَّكَ لَرَسُولُ ٱللَّهِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ إِنَّكَ لَرَسُولُهُۥ وَٱللَّهُ يَشْهَدُ إِنَّ ٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ لَكَٰذِبُونَ 1
Saheeh International
WHEN THE HYPOCRITES come unto thee, they say, "We bear witness that thou art indeed God's Apostle!" But God knows that thou art truly His Apostle; and He bears witness that the hypocrites are indeed false [in their declaration of faith].
মুনাফিকরা আপনার কাছে এসে বলেঃ আমরা সাক্ষ্য দিচ্ছি যে আপনি নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহর রসূল। আল্লাহ জানেন যে, আপনি অবশ্যই আল্লাহর রসূল এবং আল্লাহ সাক্ষ্য দিচ্ছেন যে, মুনাফিকরা অবশ্যই মিথ্যাবাদী।
ٱتَّخَذُوٓا۟ أَيْمَٰنَهُمْ جُنَّةًۭ فَصَدُّوا۟ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّهُمْ سَآءَ مَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ 2
Saheeh International
They have made their oaths a cover [for their falseness], and thus they turn others away from the Path of God. Evil indeed is all that they are wont to do:
তারা তাদের শপথসমূহকে ঢালরূপে ব্যবহার করে। অতঃপর তারা আল্লাহর পথে বাধা সৃষ্টি করে। তারা যা করছে, তা খুবই মন্দ।
ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ ءَامَنُوا۟ ثُمَّ كَفَرُوا۟ فَطُبِعَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يَفْقَهُونَ 3
Saheeh International
this, because [they profess that] they have attained to faith, whereas [inwardly] they deny the truth - and so, a seal has been set on their hearts so that they can no longer understand [what is true and what false].
এটা এজন্য যে, তারা বিশ্বাস করার পর পুনরায় কাফের হয়েছে। ফলে তাদের অন্তরে মোহর মেরে দেয়া হয়েছে। অতএব তারা বুঝে না।
۞ وَإِذَا رَأَيْتَهُمْ تُعْجِبُكَ أَجْسَامُهُمْ ۖ وَإِن يَقُولُوا۟ تَسْمَعْ لِقَوْلِهِمْ ۖ كَأَنَّهُمْ خُشُبٌۭ مُّسَنَّدَةٌۭ ۖ يَحْسَبُونَ كُلَّ صَيْحَةٍ عَلَيْهِمْ ۚ هُمُ ٱلْعَدُوُّ فَٱحْذَرْهُمْ ۚ قَٰتَلَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ ۖ أَنَّىٰ يُؤْفَكُونَ 4
Saheeh International
Now when thou seest them, their outward appearance may please thee; and when they speak, thou art inclined to lend ear to what they say. [But though they may seem as sure of themselves] as if they were timbers [firmly] propped up, they think that every shout is [directed] against them. They are the [real] enemies [of all faith], so beware of them. [They deserve the imprecation,] "May God destroy them!" How perverted are their minds!
আপনি যখন তাদেরকে দেখেন, তখন তাদের দেহাবয়ব আপনার কাছে প্রীতিকর মনে হয়। আর যদি তারা কথা বলে, তবে আপনি তাদের কথা শুনেন। তারা প্রাচীরে ঠেকানো কাঠসদৃশ্য। প্রত্যেক শোরগোলকে তারা নিজেদের বিরুদ্ধে মনে করে। তারাই শত্রু, অতএব তাদের সম্পর্কে সতর্ক হোন। ধ্বংস করুন আল্লাহ তাদেরকে। তারা কোথায় বিভ্রান্ত হচ্ছে ?
وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ تَعَالَوْا۟ يَسْتَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ رَسُولُ ٱللَّهِ لَوَّوْا۟ رُءُوسَهُمْ وَرَأَيْتَهُمْ يَصُدُّونَ وَهُم مُّسْتَكْبِرُونَ 5
Saheeh International
for, when they are told, "Come, the Apostle of God will pray [unto God] that you be forgiven", they turn their heads away, and thou canst see how they draw back in their false pride.
যখন তাদেরকে বলা হয়ঃ তোমরা এস, আল্লাহর রসূল তোমাদের জন্য ক্ষমাপ্রার্থনা করবেন, তখন তারা মাথা ঘুরিয়ে নেয় এবং আপনি তাদেরকে দেখেন যে, তারা অহংকার করে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নেয়।
سَوَآءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ أَسْتَغْفَرْتَ لَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تَسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ لَن يَغْفِرَ ٱللَّهُ لَهُمْ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلْفَٰسِقِينَ 6
Saheeh International
As for them it is all the same whether thou dost pray that they be forgiven or dost not pray for them: God will nor forgive them - for, behold, God does not bestow His guidance upon such iniquitous folk.
আপনি তাদের জন্যে ক্ষমাপ্রার্থনা করুন অথবা না করুন, উভয়ই সমান। আল্লাহ কখনও তাদেরকে ক্ষমা করবেন না। আল্লাহ পাপাচারী সম্প্রদায়কে পথপ্রদর্শন করেন না।
هُمُ ٱلَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ لَا تُنفِقُوا۟ عَلَىٰ مَنْ عِندَ رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ حَتَّىٰ يَنفَضُّوا۟ ۗ وَلِلَّهِ خَزَآئِنُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَٰكِنَّ ٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ لَا يَفْقَهُونَ 7
Saheeh International
It is they who say [to their compatriots], "Do not spend anything on those who are with God's Apostle, so that they [may be forced to] leave." However, unto God belong the treasures of the heavens and the earth: but this truth the hypocrites cannot grasp.
তারাই বলেঃ আল্লাহর রাসূলের সাহচর্যে যারা আছে তাদের জন্যে ব্যয় করো না। পরিণামে তারা আপনা-আপনি সরে যাবে। ভূ ও নভোমন্ডলের ধন-ভান্ডার আল্লাহরই কিন্তু মুনাফিকরা তা বোঝে না।
يَقُولُونَ لَئِن رَّجَعْنَآ إِلَى ٱلْمَدِينَةِ لَيُخْرِجَنَّ ٱلْأَعَزُّ مِنْهَا ٱلْأَذَلَّ ۚ وَلِلَّهِ ٱلْعِزَّةُ وَلِرَسُولِهِۦ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَلَٰكِنَّ ٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ 8
Saheeh International
[And] they say, "Indeed, when we return to the City [we,] the ones most worthy of honour will surely drive out therefrom those most contemptible ones!" However, all honour belongs to God, and [thus] to His Apostle and those who believe [in God]: but of this the hypocrites are not aware.
তারাই বলেঃ আমরা যদি মদীনায় প্রত্যাবর্তন করি তবে সেখান থেকে সবল অবশ্যই দুর্বলকে বহিস্কৃত করবে। শক্তি তো আল্লাহ তাঁর রসূল ও মুমিনদেরই কিন্তু মুনাফিকরা তা জানে না।
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا تُلْهِكُمْ أَمْوَٰلُكُمْ وَلَآ أَوْلَٰدُكُمْ عَن ذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ ۚ وَمَن يَفْعَلْ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْخَٰسِرُونَ 9
Saheeh International
O YOU who have attained to faith! Let not your worldly goods or your children make you oblivious of the remembrance of God: for If any behave thus - it is they, they who are the losers!
মুমিনগণ! তোমাদের ধন-সম্পদ ও সন্তান-সন্ততি যেন তোমাদেরকে আল্লাহর স্মরণ থেকে গাফেল না করে। যারা এ কারণে গাফেল হয়, তারাই তো ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত।
وَأَنفِقُوا۟ مِن مَّا رَزَقْنَٰكُم مِّن قَبْلِ أَن يَأْتِىَ أَحَدَكُمُ ٱلْمَوْتُ فَيَقُولَ رَبِّ لَوْلَآ أَخَّرْتَنِىٓ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٍۢ قَرِيبٍۢ فَأَصَّدَّقَ وَأَكُن مِّنَ ٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ 10
Saheeh International
And spend on others out of what We have provided for you as sustenance, ere there come a time when death approaches any of you, and he then says, "O my Sustainer! If only Thou wouldst grant me a delay for a short while, so that I could give in charity and be among the righteous!"
আমি তোমাদেরকে যা দিয়েছি, তা থেকে মৃত্যু আসার আগেই ব্যয় কর। অন্যথায় সে বলবেঃ হে আমার পালনকর্তা, আমাকে আরও কিছুকাল অবকাশ দিলে না কেন? তাহলে আমি সদকা করতাম এবং সৎকর্মীদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হতাম।
وَلَن يُؤَخِّرَ ٱللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِذَا جَآءَ أَجَلُهَا ۚ وَٱللَّهُ خَبِيرٌۢ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ 11
Saheeh International
But never does God grant a delay to a human being when his term has come; and God is fully aware of all that you do.
প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তির নির্ধারিত সময় যখন উপস্থিত হবে, তখন আল্লাহ কাউকে অবকাশ দেবেন না। তোমরা যা কর, আল্লাহ সে বিষয়ে খবর রাখেন।
